Shipping

We strive to ship our handmade baggie boxes out within 5-7 business days of receiving your order. Based on the order we will choose between USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping your order. If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will provide it to you via an email. Clocktower Creations, LLC is not liable for damaged items during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve.

Local Pick Up

We are based in Lincoln, NE and offer local pick up as an option. If you choose this option, once your order is ready we will reach out to you via email and/or phone to schedule a time and place to pick up your order.

Returns/Refunds

To keep our cost low for our customers, we do not accept returns nor do we offer refunds. All sales are final.
